You will be responsible for greeting clients/visitors in a warm, friendly manner and be a true ambassador for excellent service, dealing with all requests and queries in an efficient and professional manner
You will be responsible for accepting and sorting donated goods in either the clothing section or the warehouse section, so must be able to lift confidently and safely.
You will be responsible for the cleanliness of the building, and the re-stock of all cleaning and refreshment items whilst ensuring H&S expectations are being followed.
